last year I made some marinade sauces and in January we had quite a few chickens so opened them up down the backbone layed them flat in the bag poured some marinade in and vaccum sealed had a couple on the bbq yesterday 1- plum and ginger the other apricot and chilli absolutely lovely so I will be doing more of those .
